Welcome! We are Anna and Davide and we want to suggest you a pleasant and relaxing stay at our house in Briaglia.

Briaglia is a small village in the Langhe Monregalesi, near Mondovi and the famous Sanctuary of Vicoforte.  Our B&B is part of what was an old farmhouse now renovated, surrounded by nature, with a large and sunny garden overlooking the “Small Lakes” and our vineyard where we produce a light red table wine, known until 2011 as “Langhe Dolcetto Monregalesi” and now “Dogliani”.

Property

The mini-apartment, ideal for families with children, is located on the first floor with independent entrance and external staircase:  - a double bedroom where it is possible to add an extra bed or max two cots for children up to 3 years  - a living room with a small fully equipped induction cooking area and a sofa bed for two persons  - bathroom with shower  - covered balcony  - common children’s playground  Facilities: wi-fi, satellite TV, mini-bar, hairdryer and iron.
For our little guests: baby chair, baby changing table, bottle and baby food warmer, sterilizer, small basin. On request: covered parking area for two cars. Sorry but due to the original structure of the building it has not been possible to remove architectural barriers for people with disabilities.

Breakfast

It is up to you where to have it: in the mini-apartment, under the portico or in the main house dining-room. A rich Italian breakfast with cappuccino, milk, espresso or moka, tea, biscuits, homemade cakes and pies, bread, homemade jams, butter, honey, hazelnut and cocoa cream, water, fresh juice, juice, yogurt and cereals or on request with an extra charge of € 5,00 per person it is possible to have salty breakfast: toast, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, yogurt and beverages.

Check in: from 3pm but if the apartment is already available we will welcome you earlier Check out: at 11am  Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 7.30 to 9.30; time and type of breakfast can be decided in advance  Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. Smoking is not allowed inside. Extra charge for minibar drinks. Pets are not allowed. Our private telephone can be used if necessary – calls will be charged.
At the end of the stay key delivery and cash payment.

Adult: 35,00 €/day (minimum 2 people) - extra charge for single use 20,00 €/day – Extra bed: 30,00 €/day

Special price for minimum 5 nights

Extra bed: Childrens under 3 years: free – up to 12 years 15,00 €/day

To confirm the reservation a bank transfer deposit is requested (30% of the total amount of the stay). Indoor garage max 2 cars – 5,00 €/per day per car
